Striped Shore Crab
Pachygrapsus crassipes

Habitat: Rocky shores and hard-mud shores, above the low-tide line.

Also found in tidal creeks.

Range: Oregon to Baja California

Maximum Size: 2 inches

Fun Fact: This crab can be red, brown, purple, or black, but always has green stripes.
