With your help, the Institute is establishing environmental teaching programs to help bring educational parity to Central Valley students and citizens of all backgrounds and cultural groups. These programs not only benefit our historically under-served region, but also promote awareness and appreciation of the interdependence of land, rivers and sea in our diverse inland population. The Institute also advocates for solutions to challenges facing our riparian, coastal and ocean resources.
